Walking
Dundrum is a typical Irish coastal village which grew up around a small harbour and decades of trading by useof the railway. Murlough Nature Reserve :A fifteen minute walk from Cobbler’s Yard is the National Trust’s reserve at Murlough. An area of special scientific interest the reserve includes acres of heathland populated by a myriad of plant and wild life. There are walks which take you through the dune system to the miles of golden beaches stretching to Newcastle and the Mountains of Mournes
